ご注文確定後のデザインの変更、又は、キャンセル：ご注文後直ぐの製作となるため作業開始後のキャンセルはお受け出来ない場合がございます。ご了承ください。

製品到着後のキャンセル：オリジナル商品となります為、お客様のご都合によるキャンセルはお受けできかねますので、全額をお支払いただきます。

弊社のミスによるものと判断した場合のみ返品・交換を受け付けます。弊社に不良品到着後、良品とお取り替え致します。
